It was just a fitting option for a weekend escape in London with very good value for money. The check-in staff were friendly once we got through the initial confusion. Try to bring earplugs for the noise at night.

I was blown away by how comfy the bed was. like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the staff greeted us with smiles, offering a personalized service that really made us feel special.

Best hotel experience ever!

Just back from 3 nights, and wow! The room was huge and super cozy with a comfy bed. Loved the free snacks and the water stations throughout. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the bellman who went out of his way to help. Breakfast was great, but it got a bit repetitive. Not a biggie though!

Had an amazing group trip! We explored the Globe Theatre and loved the vibe. The check-in process was smooth, and we enjoyed complimentary wine on select evenings. The location is perfect for taking in all the creativity the area has to offer.

The only downside was the lack of a proper drop-off point. Our arrival was a bit frustrating due to a car parked in front of the hotel making us drive in circles.

Enjoyed a delightful one-night stay! The staff’s warmth made everything special, particularly Eduardo's friendly nature. Breakfast was a highlight, and the location allowed us to explore great local eateries easily. Suggest a small vanity mirror for convenience and firmer pillows for an even better experience.

i recently stayed for 3 nights at a modest queen room, and the experience was fantastic. compared to my previous trip in london, the autographs collection exceeded my expectations with its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. special touches like free snacks in the room made my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay with our kids. The spacious room was not only clean but also beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true getaway. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with its variety of freshly made items, particularly the organic offerings. A minor point of improvement could be the lack of a proper drop-off point, which made our arrival a bit tricky.

We had a spacious king room that was clean and comfortable, the staff went out of their way to help us, even offering us local tips that turned our visits into little adventures. One moment that stood out was when the front desk clerk took the time to show my kids where to find the best view of the big ferris wheel nearby.
